At the start of our service we all worship together - there’s lots of space at the front and back of the church as well as a sofa corner and toy chest to help the youngest members of our family, as well as their parents and carers, to feel at home throughout.
Children’s groups are provided, for 1 - 11 year olds - including provision for our children with special educational needs - by our experienced and DBS-checked team during the main part of the morning service.
Children need to be registered before church starts at the Registration Table, and collected at 12pm.
Our helpful Registration team will be able to give you all the information you need.
During the Sunday morning meeting our babies and tots are looked after in a dedicated creche room by an amazing team of DBS checked volunteers.
Under 1s are welcome to join us with an adult, or stay in the service and make use of our toy box and sofa corner.
Each week children will meet Jack, our friendly puppy (puppet) who will help teach them about ‘God’s big plan’! They will play, listen to the story, take part in an activity or craft and finish with praise time!
A Sunday group for primary school aged children at King's. We spend a lot of the session in specific small groups, growing strong relationships and to help the children to journey together with Jesus.
Activities tailored to the needs of children with additional needs. We also have a time to relax and enjoy some sensory toys related to our bible story that week. Depending on the needs of the children, we may join together with the Groundbreakers group for part of the session.
